This innovative product has only been used on a handful of projects in Australia, of which this we hope will be the first single residence.
Our client is also the builder, who came to us wanting to explore the possibility of creating an extension in CLT (cross-laminated timber).
The product has similar characteristics to precast concrete, but manufactured in a plywood form. Construction of the extension will occur over a period of 1 week.
