The site faces Great Ocean Road at one end, and Airey’s Inlet at the other.
The proposed development accommodates shops & apartments facing the road, a Builder’s warehouse (for the client) centerally, and two residences facing the inlet.
The design aims to bring together the seemingly disparate functional requirements through their formal design, materiality and landscaping.
